Real estate company, Prajay Engineers Syndicate, is planning to build 15,000 affordable homes in Hyderabad and its surrounding locations, by 2019
The Prajay Waterfront City Phase-II projects will feature two bedroom independent homes of around 750 sq ft of built-up area on a 140 sq yd land, close to the Biotech Park and Shamirpet
At the project launch, the company proposes to offer the first 50 houses at Rs 15.3 lakh
The company seeks to take advantage of the various benefits drawn up by the Union budget 2016, under section 80 IBA and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, and develop two bedroom homes which will be affordable to the common man
