Gemcare Appliances has drawn up a plan to set up an electrical home appliances manufacturing unit at Baska in Panchmahal district of Gujarat. the company official informed that steps are being taken to achieve financial closure for the project. Civil work is expected to commence by the end of June 2018
The new unit will manufacture per month 84,000 refrigerators, 42,000 washing machines, 21,000 air coolers and 17,000 air-conditioners
Gujarat based Lalan Yadav is the contractor and consultancy services will be overseen by Akshar Enviro Control. Around 50 percent of the project cost will be funded through bank loan and the balance from internal accruals
