Construction work is in progress for the Jodhpur Development Authority’s (JDA) 3,152 units housing project at Khasra No 88, in Jodhpur district of Rajasthan, as confirmed
The residential complex of G+three floors comprises 2,128 flats for economically weaker section (EWS) with 325 sq ft and 1,024 flats for low income group (LIG) with 500 sq ft super built-up area
In total, there would be 1.2 million sq ft of built-up area including modern amenities. The project is part of Chief Minister’s Jan Awas Yojana 2015
Nila Infrastructures had received the work contract worth Rs 107.20 crore for construction of the project on turnkey basis. The promoter anticipates construction work to last for three years and complete the project by June 2020
