The Sundream Group has plans to invest Rs 250 crore in the current financial year in the second phase of its commercial project, Anthurium Business Park in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The company has already invested Rs 250 crore in its first phase of the project.
This investment outlay is over and above the first phase investment and the construction for the second phase has already begun for delivering an exceptional project. The construction of phase-two marks a further step in the company's expansion plans, which would shape the future of Noida’s real estate landscape.
Located at Sector-73 in Noida, Anthurium Business Park, with its ofering of world-class infrastructure for office spaces will cater to the needs of the next-generation workforce. Moreover, it is equipped with AI-ready technology to create a smarter framework to assist in efficient operations.
Spanning across a total plot area of 20,002 sq. mtrs. and a construction area of 10,52.000 sq. ft., the project boasts of high-end retail and office space in two towers.
