Maruti Suzuki is negotiating with its parent Suzuki Motor Corporation to establish a factory in India.
The factory will have a capacity of 7,50,000 units every year, taking its total future installed capacity to three million units per year
The new capacities could either come up in Gujarat, where its parent has started operations with its first plant or it can come at a completely new site
The company has started construction of the second plant, which will start operations in 2019
