Urvasi Infratech is planning to construct a mixed use project IT/ITES SEZ at Noida in Gautam Budh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh.
The project will be developed at a cost of Rs 1,115 crore to be spread over 117.80 acre of land. The project will comprise residential of G+29, commercial of G+15, offices, MCLP of G+15, among others.
As per information available with Projects Today, Urvasi Infratech was awaiting environment clearance (EC) for the project. The work is expected to commence by February 2020.
