Burly Home Appliances is planning to set up an air-cooler manufacturing plant in the state of Telangana. This will be its first foray in terms of setting up a manufacturing facility out of Dharuhera, Haryana

Khaitan & Burly brand air-coolers were launched in Telangana market in a dealers’ meet held on 18 March 2021 at Hotel Park Hyatt Hyderabad

The company has a portfolio of a wide range of air-coolers from 10 ltr to 110 ltr such as Silver Line, Popular and Platina series air-coolers. It plans to sell two lakh air-coolers across India this season

The company is likely to infuse Rs 50 crore to set up the unit. The company is working on location and other details and the same maybe finalised in due course of time. It may take one year or more to set up the plant

The turnover of Burly Home Appliances was Rs 25 crore in FY20. The company aims at Rs 150 crore in FY21. It is positive about the offline market and doesn’t have any plans to go online. However, it doesn’t have any immediate plans to foray into the AC market
