Time Technoplast has received an order from Indraprastha Gas (IGL) for the supply of CNG cascades (Type-IV composite cylinders) for a value of approx. Rs 54.0 crore,The contract is required to be completed within two years, as per the delivery schedule
In another development, the company has undertaken the Phase-Il expansion plan to increase the manufacturing capacity by 600 cascades per annum with a total outlay of Rs 125 crore approx. Its existing enhanced capacity (Phase-I) which was completed in FY23, saw maximum volume sell-out
Subsequent to this expansion, which will be completed by end of FY 2023-24, total manufacturing capacity will stand at 1,080 cascades per annum. Under this phase, the company is also making provision for manufacturing of hydrogen cylinders for seed marketing
IGL is a joint venture (JV) of GAIL, BPCL and Government of NCT Delhi
