VXI Global Solutions will be setting up a delivery centre in Hyderabad, Telangana. The announcement was made during a meeting between a senior executive of the Bain Capital-owned company and Telangana IT and Industries Minister K T Rama Rao in Houston, USA during his two-week US tour
The new centre would potentially create employment opportunities for 10,000 people, as the company offers omnichannel support, software development, customer experience (CX), quality assurance, and other outsourcing solutions
The Minister elaborated on the conducive environment for sector-wise innovation and entrepreneurship in the form of progressive policies, enabling infrastructure, and skilled manpower base as major drivers of domestic and foreign investments in Telangana over the last nine years
