The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) plans to lease out two plots in Pune and Raigad districts of the state

The Corporation intends to raise over Rs 358 crore by way of lease rent and a one-time lease premium. Further on, it would invest the funds in construction projects towards infrastructure creation in Maharashtra

The Pune land parcel spans 8,900 sq. mtrs., and is located in the Mangalwar Peth area of Central Pune, with proximity to both the Pune airport and railway station. Around 8-9 lakh sq. ft. of commercial office space is likely to come up

The Corporation expects to generate lease rent of Rs 53.40 crore over a 60-year agreement period. Further, the lessee will also have to pay a one-time lease premium of Rs 120 crore to the lessor (MSRDC)

measuring nearly 3,45,950 sq. mtrs. or around 85 acres in Lodhivali, in Raigad district, the land parcel is located around 15 km away from Kalamboli railway station and is close to the Patalganga industrial zone. As it is surrounded by warehouses and a logistics hub, it holds the potential for a similar development

A lease rent of Rs 20.75 crore lease is expected over 60 years and the lessee will have to pay a one-time lease premium of Rs 164 crore to the lessor

The last date to apply for the Lodhivali land parcel is 13 September, 2023 and for the Pune land parcel it is 21 September, 2023, as per the tender document
