The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has floated a tender for development of a ropeway project from Gaurikund to Kedarnath in Uttarakhand
The ropeway, which will extend to 9.700 km will be executed on build, operate and transfer (DBOT) basis
The contract has a development period of 60 months, and also includes undertaking operation and maintenance. The approx. cost is Rs 1,026.44 crore
The closing date for bid submission is 07 December, 2023
