consultants are expected to address aspects like transmission line path efficiency, potential Right of Way (ROW) issues, installation capacity estimation, and water testing at nearby locations. Compliance with India’s regulatory, renewable energy, and accounting frameworks, along with a minimum average annual turnover of ?500 Lacs from consultancy business over the past three fiscal years, are also prerequisites for potential bidders
