Managed workspace platforms, Smartworks, has announced the expansion of its portfolio in Pune, Maharashtra and has added over six lakh sq. ft of prime office space, taking its footprint in the city to over three million sq. ft.
The company has leased the space for a total of 15 years in an upcoming commercial tower 43 EQ, close to Balewadi High Street. The centre will offer easy access to a diverse range of recreational options, and public amenities such as restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The expansion conforms to the objective of empowering businesses by offering tailored office solutions to boost productivity, as in a fully equipped and managed setting.
With the presence in 13 cities and a portfolio comprising more than 39 centres spanning over eight million sq. ft., Smartworks caters to sector-agnostic large organisations, including Forbes 2000 and Fortune 500 companies.
Smartworks has a footprint of over eight million sq. ft. in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida , Kolkata, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Jaipur, Indore, Ahmedabad, and Koch, with more than 39 centres.
