Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels has signed up for a new hotel under the brand name ‘The Park’ at Amgarhi in Nainital, Uttarakhand as a managed property. The company has entered into the necessary agreements in this regard, whereby operations will start by October 2025.
The hotel will feature around 65 rooms including tree houses and various other amenities such as a multi-cuisine restaurant, specialty restaurant, swimming pool, conference room, open air banqueting, pool-side coffee shop, bar, and others.
This new hotel is located in the periphery of Corbett National Park, Uttarakhand. The state is a tourist destination located at the Himalayan foothills, showcasing natural beauty, along with historical and religious monuments.
Apart from this new hotel, the company presently operates 11 owned and leased hotels, while it has 22 hotels as managed properties across India.
