Ahluwalia Contracts (India) has secured an order worth Rs 581 crore from ETSY Realcon.
The contract encompasses civil and structural work of residential project at The Edition Sector-66, Gurugram in Haryana. Spread over 10-plus acres with a saleable area of three million sq. ft., this is envisioned to be a G+43 floor skyscraper. It boasts one lakh sq. ft. of luxurious amenities, along with an exclusive seven-star highlife club featuring a rooftop infinity pool. The project consists of three striking twin towers offering over 900 spacious residences,with a mix of 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK units.
It is a flagship luxury project, and has been conceptualised with a vision to offer a unique living experience to its residents, including a private jacuzzi on each apartment deck, and an exclusive seven-star highlife club. The ground floor is dedicated to communal spaces for residents to meet, have breakout sessions, meditate, and provide areas for toddlers.
Smartworld The Edition has been designed by international consulting partners like Studio Symbiosis, Red Landscape, Greymatters, and That’s ITH. The vertical facade design of these towers is contemporary, with sleek lines, large windows, and spacious balconies featuring nine-foot-wide decks.
