Housr plans to add 1,000 beds in cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Vizag, to achieve a target of 100 properties. The co-living player aims to expand by operating over 8,000 beds by March 2025. With this Housr is aims to achieve ARR of Rs 100 crore by September and Rs 150 crore by end of the current FY. The company offers premium fully furnished and managed co-living spaces, serviced apartments, and studios.
Housr will soon venture into new cities including Mumbai and Ahmedabad, along with other tier-one-and-two cities. The properties acquired by the company ranges from about 30 rooms to 70 rooms.
The company currently operates about 5,000 beds and about 1,200 are in the pipeline, in the stages of being signed, getting furnished and due for launch in August and September. Besides, it is also in the process of raising more funds, as build to suit has emerged as teh favoured format, with two to three properties across Pune, Bombay and Bangalore being signed, each having an expanse of 200 rooms.
