Espire Hospitality Group will launch a new hotel at a prime location in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh in the fourth quarter of 2024.
The 150-key property comprises a mixed inventory of 50 keys offering the experience of its boutique resort brand ZANA Luxury Resorts and the remaining 100 keys boasting the chain's mid-segment Country Inn Hotels and Resorts brand service. Guests can choose from the 'distinctive' luxury at ZANA, and a more economical choice with the Country Inn experience.
The hotel will also have a kid’s play area ‘Toddle Wobble’, a gaming arena, and a space spanning 3,000 sq. ft. for hosting various events and gatherings. The hotel has easy access to landmarks such as Ram Janmabhoomi, Hanuman Garhi Temple, and Kanak Bhawan.
