JMS Group has acquired 8.65 acres in Sector 95, New Gurugram, Haryana for a residential project. This will provide the company the opportunity to redefine urban living in the city with the plan.
The company has allocated an investment of approx. Rs 400 crore for the construction. Upon completion, the upcoming project is expected to generate revenue of Rs 1,000 crore. The work is slated to commence post approvals, with completion expected within the next few years.
The group housing development will have modern amenities and eco-friendly design, tailored to meet the evolving preferences of homebuyers in the city.
