Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has invited bids for a 100-bed hospital and 32 staff quarters for ESIC Hospital at Duburi, Jajpur, Odisha.
The staff quarters will comprise Type-II 16 nos., Type-III-08 nos. and Type-IV (Special)-02 nos. & T-IV-06 nos. including development of site for the ESIC hospital on EPC basis. The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 28 months, including four months for planning and designing and obtaining approval and 24 months for execution and completion of work, from the date of start or handing over of the site, whichever is later.
The work is valued at Rs 137.36 crore.
The bid closing date to submit the bid is 01 October, 2024.
