Building Construction Department, Bihar has invited bids for the redevelopment work of Bihar Niwas, New Delhi.
The scope of work includes planning, design, construction, testing and commissioning of guest house and long-stay building along with ESS building, guard rooms and other structures, along with all services (civil and E&M), external development, roads, drainage and rainwater harvesting system, as well as obtaining GRIHA certification.
The engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract will be carried out at a tentative cost of Rs 120.89 crore.
The last date to submit the bid is 26 October, 2024.
