The Mumbai Board of MHADA has issued a tender for the comprehensive redevelopment of the Abhyudaya Nagar MHADA Colony in Kala Chowki. The tender, under the Construction and Development (C&D) model, seeks a developer to undertake the large-scale project. This follows approval from the government’s High-Level Committee, allowing the long-delayed project to move forward.
The colony spans 133,593 square meters and includes 48 buildings with 3,410 tenements, each currently measuring 208 square feet. The redevelopment aims to benefit around 15,000 residents by significantly improving their living conditions.
