Jasmino Corporation Pvt. Ltd., a leader in chemical process equipment and corrosion protection in India, has acquired two German firms, HAW Lining and GBT Buecolit. This acquisition makes Jasmino the world’s third-largest provider of comprehensive heavy-duty industrial anti-corrosion lining solutions, aligning with its goal to be a global leader and a preferred one-stop solution provider for chemical-based industries
HAW Lining, a pioneer in rubber linings for over 125 years, has been key in industrial corrosion protection. As the original inventor of industrial rubber lining technology in 1920, HAW’s solutions have played a critical role in advancing the chemical industry. The acquisition provides Jasmino access to HAW’s expansive 120,000-square-meter shop floor for anti-corrosive lining, bolstering its global leadership position.
GBT Buecolit, known for its expertise in heavy-duty corrosion protection, coatings, and turnkey solutions, adds significant value to Jasmino’s portfolio. Operating with subsidiaries in Poland and the Netherlands and partnerships across Europe and the Middle East, GBT enhances Jasmino’s reach and strengthens its capabilities with an experienced engineering team. This acquisition enables Jasmino to deliver efficient solutions, reduce equipment downtime, and cater to a broader international clientele.
