Real estate developer Concorde has launched its new project 'Concorde NEO', marking its expansion into the residential neighbourhood of North Bengaluru, Karnataka. The anticipated revenue potential of the project is Rs 450 crore.
Set on a 4.02-acre land parcel on Thanisandra Main Road, Concorde NEO comprises six towers with a total of 424 two-and-three-BHK housing units, alongside two basements, a 7,000 sq. ft. multi-level clubhouse and a 2,000 sq. ft. open terrace. It will offer more than 40 indoor and outdoor amenities. It boasts 78 percent open spaces.
The project site is 20-minute drive from the Kempegowda International Airport via New Airport Road and the Outer Ring Road, offering easy access to both East Bengaluru and the city centre. It enjoys proximity to Yelahanka Metro Station on the Blue Line is 15 minutes away, while Nagwara Metro Station, where the Blue and Pink Lines intersect, can be reached in 12 minutes.
The project reinforces delivering homes which blend modern design and an exclusive community. Concorde has delivered projects spanning over 25 million sq. ft. with another six-plus million sq. ft. under various stages of development.
