Noida based real estate developer Prateek Group will invest close to Rs 1,200 crore to develop its luxury project Prateek Grand Begonia in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad.
Spread in 15-acre, the entire development has a revenue potential of Rs 5,000 to 6,000 crore and will have 2400 units in the configuration of 2,3 and 4 BHK.
Prateek Group has already delivered a township Prateek Grand City in Siddharth Vihar (Ghaziabad).
Phase one was developed in 25-acre while phase-2 will be developed in 15-acre.
The quick sales response to the project is owing to the brand value and credibility of Prateek Group earned over the years. We have developed multiple projects in Noida and Ghaziabad and timely delivery has always been the focus of the group,” said Prashant Tiwari, CMD, Prateek Group.
